The rules for using the RAWAA platform.

Platform role

RAWAA is a technology platform connecting businesses with independent, licensed logistics providers. RAWAA is not the carrier and does not operate the transport itself.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of company information and for all activity performed under your account and team members.

Provider verification

Providers must submit commercial registration, transport licence, VAT and insurance documents. Accounts remain pending until verification is completed.

Quotes and bookings

A confirmed booking forms a service agreement between the business and the selected provider, on the terms published in the accepted quote.

Acceptable use

Misuse of the platform, false documentation or attempts to bypass platform workflows may result in suspension.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
